SkyZen Travel provides third‑party travel assistance for airline cancellations, modifications, and refund/credit requests. We are not an airline or ticketing agency.

Fees & billing

Service fees are quoted in USD and disclosed before work starts. Airline penalties, fare differences, and taxes are separate and paid to the airline.

No outcome guarantee

Outcomes depend on airline policies and fare rules. We do not guarantee approvals.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and authorize us to assist. You remain responsible for any airline charges.
